The Little Things Gratitude Challenge is a 15-Day challenge designed to bring more joy and fulfillment to you and family.

Our kids are growing up in a challenging time and can easily miss the number one element to a happy life - GRATITUDE...Gratitude for what they have and who they are; gratitude not only for the big things in life, but more importantly, for the small moments in life - "the little things" - that they often take for granted.

In as little as 5 minutes a day, this challenge will teach your kids what gratitude is, why it is important in their life, and how to create a consistent practice so they can reap the rewards of living a grateful life.

If you're noticing any of this right now,

you're in the right place ...

  • Disconnected or unmotivated kids
  • Feelings of not being, having, or doing enough
  • Unappreciation
  • Negative energy from your kids, or even yourself

Or maybe you ...

  • Already practice gratitude and want to share this awesome habit with your family
  • Enjoy trying new and inspiring things
  • Love feeling good and sharing those positive feelings with others
  • Believe in the power of gratitude

Why gratitude?
