The Little Things Classroom Gratitude Challenge is a 21-Day challenge designed to bring more joy and fulfillment to you and your students. It is ideal for grades 3-6, but can be easily adapted for younger or older students.

Our students are growing up in a challenging time and can easily miss the number one element to a happy life - GRATITUDE...Gratitude for what they have and who they are; gratitude not only for the big things in life, but more importantly, for the small moments in life - "the little things" - that they often take for granted.

In as little as 5 minutes a day, this challenge will teach your students strategies for a happier life. They'll learn about the benefits of a gratitude practice, mindfulness, some brain science behind their thoughts and emotions, how to build stronger relationships, and more.
