The Little Things Classroom Gratitude Challenge is a 21-Day challenge designed to bring more joy and fulfillment to you and your students. It is ideal for grades 3-6, but can be easily adapted for younger or older students.
Our students are growing up in a challenging time and can easily miss the number one element to a happy life - GRATITUDE...Gratitude for what they have and who they are; gratitude not only for the big things in life, but more importantly, for the small moments in life - "the little things" - that they often take for granted.
In as little as 5 minutes a day, this challenge will teach your students strategies for a happier life. They'll learn about the benefits of a gratitude practice, mindfulness, some brain science behind their thoughts and emotions, how to build stronger relationships, and more.
Gratitude is proven to be one of the healthiest of all human emotions. It is behind every success. There is a plethora of research to show how important it is in our overall happiness and sense of fulfillment.
It is truly one of the easiest and quickest ways to boost our mood and sense of joy. There are countless benefits that come from practicing gratitude.
